Working together, we will shed the things that are holding you back, release the pain and allow you to become the person you need to be to fulfil your dreams.  As a personal trainer, kickboxing instructor and holistic nutritional therapist, I also focus on bringing about permanent change at the physical level. Combining many techniques and over 18 years experience, I am committed to getting you in the best shape of your life.
