I have had a keen interest in alternative therapies for many years and juggled my training with a successful career in IT sales. As I became more drawn to the joys of healing and helping to create dramatic and lasting change in people’s lives, I left my sales career to set up professionally and I have never looked back. As a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic healer, my focus is on you. I have a firm belief that we each deserve the very best for ourselves and that there is sufficient in this world for us all to live in an abundance of love, wealth, health and happiness. I will help you to uncover that beautiful essence of you, that so often lies beneath our fears and self-judgements. I will work with you to understand the deeper questions of where you are now, help you decide where you want to be, and support you in getting there. You deserve to have the life you dreamed of.

•Reiki Practitioner certified levels 1 and 2
•Fully trained Shamanic Practitioner specialising in Lost Essence/Soul Retrieval, Block Removal and Power Restoration
