I trained in Holistic Massage 12 years ago when working with the elderly. I then had a break to have my children.

I trained in Reiki with Liz Graham about 2 years ago and this year I have trained in Indian Head, Eastern Facial, Japanese Hand and Thai Foot Massage. I am now just starting to build up my business.

I believe everyone deserves time for themselves. Whether you only have a 20 minute or a one hour treatment, it has an amazing effect on your total wellbeing. This in turn makes you more able to deal with the stresses of everyday life.
